Benjamin Steinberg focuses his practice in providing aggressive and attentive service for the pursuit of motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice and workers’ compensation claims.
He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2005, and Widener University School of Law in 2008. While at Widener University, Benjamin completed the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program, honing his skills in the area of trial advocacy.
Prior to focusing exclusively on personal injury and workers’ compensation matter, Benjamin clerked for the Honorable Ralph A. Romano, U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judge, where he handled workers’ compensation claims for Longshore workers, and Whistleblower claims.
Benjamin is admitted to practice law in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
